Open your browser and go to www.MediacomToday.com. You may need to enter your ZIP code so it can load your local Mediacom page. Click on the blue link labeled “Reset Password/Manage Email Accounts”
2) Click Reset Password.
1) Enter your entire email address be sure to include @mchsi.com or @mediacombb.net at the end of your email address & Enter your Password
3) Enter the answer to your security question. & Click Submit
4) Enter a new password.
a. A valid E-mail password must be 8 to 16 characters long and cannot contain any spaces.
b. Passwords are case-sensitive, so ""OpenSesame"" is different from ""opensesame"".
c. Be aware that the password is private information that allows access to your account. It should not be easy to guess. If you can't easily remember it, please write it down, but keep it in a secure location.
5) You should receive a message stating “You have successfully changed the e-mail password.”

From most any phone you can check your Mediacom Voicemail. Just dial your own number and whne you gear your prerecorded greeting, press the (*) and enter your PIN number. This can be done from any touchtone phone.Cindy F in ??

Do you charge the $6.50 Interstate Access charge on your telephone service like Verizon?
Mediacom does not charge any Interstate Access Charges. Unlike many other phone companies Mediacom does not charge for "Access" or "User Fees". Mediacom Phone let's you call all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and other areas for NO additional charge per month!

How come there is so much programming from Iowa on channel 10?
The Mediacom Connections Channel (aka MC22) is based in Des Moines, IA. Essentially the Connections Channel that we see in Minnesota and South Dakota is a "network affiliate" of the main channel in Des Moines, much like KARE 11 NBC is a network affiliate of NBC. So much of the programming is created by our friends in Iowa where they have more film crews available.
Expect more programming to come from Minnesota and South Dakota in the future. Hopefully you have seen many of the unique program create in and by our team in Minnesota such as: The 2010 Flutag St. Paul, MN Event, High School Footaball, Minnesota State Mankato & St. Cloud State Hockey and Fuel TV Skateboaring to name a few.
