How do I add a 2nd email address to my account?

Go to http://www.mediacomtoday.com and click on the link for Member Services. Enter in the primary e-mail address, which you received when the Mediacom Technician originally hooked your online services up, and password. If you don not have a Mediacom e-mail address yet or don't remember the password, call Mediacom Technical Support at 1-877-387-8087 (24/7/365) and our technical support staff can help you set up your primary e-mail address. Once you enter in your e-mail and password, click on "Create a New e-mail ID" and input the necessary information. Here you will need to create a new e-mail ID. Your first choice for your e-mail ID may be taken, so have a few in mind. e-mail ID Tips: Do NOT use any personal identification such as your Social Security Number, zip code, phone number, cell phone number, etc. in your e-mail ID. Do add numbers to your e-mail ID. This makes the ID more unique and more difficult to hack into.
