Purchasing a digital converter from a local electronics store will not work on Mediacom's services. A Digital Converter from Mediacom is needed in order to receive and decrypt channels which you subscribe to. A Cable Card from Mediacom is an alternate way of decrypting the channels, if your television is Cable Card ready. The Cable Card can be ordered from Mediacom at any time.

Currently Ask The Manager is not available On Demand but will be added to the selection of FREE On Demand content in the near future.

Mediacom Online High Speed Internet does not come with a dial-up connection or number for alternate locations such as your cabin. Although, if you do have a dial-up connection through an alternate provider at your cabin or any Internet connection you can still check your email from anywhere in the world by going to www.mediacomtoday.com.

Curb Your Enthusiam is going to be back for a 7th season. The start date is yet to be determined and has been pushed back until the end of 2008 to sometime in 2009 due to the writers strike.

GSN or Game Show Network is available on Digital Cable. It is located in the Digital Plus package along with over 40 other great channels such as the Golf Channel, The Science Channel, VH-1 Classic and many more!
