Will wireless service for laptops ever be offered by Mediacom?
Mediacom currently offers a Home Networking Package for our customers who would like to go wireless in their home. When your home is networked with Mediacom Online High Speed Internet Service, you can roam your home with your laptop and always be connected!

When will we be getting the RFD station?
Currently Mediacom does not offer RFD TV in some of its communities. RFD TV is starting to become a more popular station and a few channel requests are starting to trickle in for it so we are exploring the option for adding it to our channel offerings. Most likely because of the very niche programming that RFD TV offers if/when it is added to the channel offerings it will be part of the Digital Plus package. Keep your eyes on your bill for any channel additions that may be coming!

Why is the audio on the Connections Channel so much louder than other channels?
Mediacom tries to keep the audio levels on all the channels within the same levels. Although different programs on each channel may have a different audio level. The Connections Channel is no different. Live events, pre-recorded program and broadcast programs all may have different audio levels. We do our best to keep them within a reasonable limit. Expect the audio levels on the Connections Channel to be more in line with all your other great channels soon.

Is Mediacom going to carry the Big 10 Network? If so, when?
Currently Mediacom is in negotiations with the Fox Networks and the Big 10 Network. Unfortunately an agreement has not yet been reached. Check back for updates on the Big 10 Network as they are available.
