What type of background and education do I need to become a Mediacom Installer?
In order to become a Mediacom Installer, a number of skills are preferred including:- 5+ years in a field technical position.
- Valid driver's license; satisfactory driving record.
- Knowledge of client/server architectures, bridges, local area networks, wide area networks, and IP networks are highly desired.

Why can't a service technician be located in St. James, MN?
Currently there is a Service/System Technician based out of the St. James Mediacom Office. Being that his skills are valuable not only in St. James but throughout the Mediacom area, he is often called away to assist other Service/System Technicians. But worry not, his primary area of responsibility is the St. James area and he keeps all the Mediacom cable plant in tip top shape!

How many Twins Games can we expect in HD this season?
In 2007, Fox Sports Net North broadcast over 40 games in HD. For 2008, Fox Sports Net North is planning on 65! Check out your Interactive Guide for game times. FSN North HD can be located in most Mediacom communities on Channel 832.
